RETURNS, REPAIRS & EXCHANGES

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

EXCHANGES WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY- We will exchange your product at no cost. Our only request is you take care of the shipping fee back to us. All you have to do is finish an RMA request and return the untampered-with product to us, as well as all included cards and the original box.

 

2.HOW DOES THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY WORK?

Every wood product that is made by Woodevise.com' products are warranted to the original buyer to be free from defects in workmanship at the delivery period of a duration not exceeding a year.

To keep this warranty intact, it is important that the product is maintained and used according to the operation and care instructions. Any scratches, abuse and mechanical damage resulting from improper wear are not covered by the Luxury watches limited warranty. 

Additionally, Woodevise.com will not take responsibility for damage or loss connected to the battery life or use of its product.

If you bought your watch within a year and it requires repair, please go to our warranty claim page and request an RMA number. Once you finish the form, we will have a look at your request. Please give us up to a day to go through your details.

Upon approval of your RMA, we will send you shipping instructions and an RMA number via email. If the request for a repair results from a manufacturing error, we will replace and repair the watch at no cost and cover the return shipping. Return shipping will be refunded in this manner:

If you're a customer from the US, we will offer return shipping service if your RMA was given within 30 days of the original order.

All customers outside the US will take care of reshipping the watch back to us. We will compensate you up to $20 USD for the shipping if your RMA was given within 30 days of your original order. A genuine postage receipt should be included in the RMA box, or a scanned copy should be sent to service@woodevise.com

 

3. CAN I REPLACE THE BATTERY?

Please visit a watch repair shop or reputable jeweler and have them do it. We do not recommend you, the owner, to do it.
